All Sales Final Policy

TLNYC 'ALL SALES FINAL POLICY

Thank you for supporting Tomorrow's Leaders NYC (TLNYC) by purchasing our organizational products. Your purchase directly supports all programming and services offered by TLNYC, a 9-year-old 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that provides social, emotional, and academic support services to students in grades 6-12.

All TLNYC Merchandise items (unless specified) are "made to order" at the time of purchase; therefore, all sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges are not supported even when patrons order the wrong size, color, or simply do not like the product. 

In the case of damaged products and/or products with a manufacturing error, the patron must contact TLNYC within 48-hours of receiving the package at info@tlnyc.org. This correspondence must include a detailed account of the damage or manufacturing error. Items to be included in the message should be:

• Your First and Last Name
• Email Address
• Contact Phone Number
• Order Number 
• A detailed account of the issue (print, product, shipping, or other)
• A full image of the product. (Be sure to have good lighting, lay the garment flat, and include the entire garment in the photo)
• At least two (2) images that clearly show the detailed issue(s), if applicable.
